Un-weighted emulsion flavor, as the core technology of Bairun, is especially applicable to orange and cream flavor, etc., as well as can be used in products such as juice, ice cream, dairy, jelly and gummy candy; the natural flavor used in weighted emulsion flavors results with better flavor release and representation. Guava Flavor, Bairun’s patent product, utilizes guava’s volatile components and make up for aroma loss during processing of guava fruit juice. The flavor will bring you a very natural aroma and taste. The project has generally reached the authorization of international advanced level. In view of its originality and advancement, this project of guava flavor was assessed as Shanghai high and new technology achievement transformation project Grade B in 2006, recognized as Shanghai brand product and included in Shanghai torch plan project in 2008. Also the project obtained patent in May, 2010.
 
Sugar mouth feel flavor, Bairun’s another patent product (in application), improves the taste and aroma of AsPartame and Acesulfame-K through an initial discovery and utilization of the aroma substance of sucrose. The flavor can give a real sucrose feeling in the mouth and promote commodity values with good social effect. The flavor is assessed as the first original invention in domestic market and reached the authorization of international advanced level. In September, 2006, this project was assessed as Shanghai high and new technology achievement transformation project Grade B and in 2007, it is included into innovation funding project of Shanghai Science and technology Committee.
 
Plain yoghurt flavor, Bairun’s another patent product (in application), offers and strengthens the fermented note, fatty note and richness of yoghurt and yoghurt drink products based on systematic and thorough studies on the aroma substance and their formulation of plain yoghurt as well as flavor add-back technology. The comprehensive technology of this flavor is in leading position in domestic market and reached the authorization of international advanced level. The application of this flavor has a potential market value and obtains the title of Shanghai’s key new product.
