Quality Assurance
The Company owned a number of domestic professional chemists who are capable of running top analytical instruments, including DMA4500 refraction hydrometer, Anjielun gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer, and so on to conduct a serial strict analysis and detection such as inspection, test, check, verification, review and auditing for the raw materials and the finished flavors. We have established a control samples library for each product and conduct regular check and replacement to secure consistent quality .

Sensory Evaluation
Bairun is one of the earliest domestic flavor houses who apply Sensory Evaluation Technology in the whole process of flavoring, QC, and application. By using this scientific method, we are able to optimize Research & Development, analysis, evaluation and testing much better.

Production & Logistics
Bairun integrated the international advanced management concept into production and logistics through Enterprise Resources Planning （ERP） management system. Each new employee should be trained with the basic knowledge of ISO9001 and HACCP, safety and product knowledge and will not start their work until they pass all the examinations.
